Our menus are designed with tried and true traditional recipes developed by Chef Kendal Fitzer or gleaned from the recipe catalogues of Campion and Rose Burns Catering, and prepared with only quality ingredients. Owners Kendal and Marlene Fitzer have been in the catering business together for over twenty years, and the traditions of Campion and Rose Burns Catering beckon to over a half a century of service to the Twin Cities. The Fitzers took over the reins of Campion Catering in 1987 and Rose Burns in 1999.
